NRKM Residency Ongole – Worst Experience, AC Not Working

My recent stay at NRKM Residency in Ongole was extremely disappointing. I had high expectations based on the reviews, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a frustrating experience.

First and foremost, the air conditioning in the room was not working. Despite multiple complaints to the staff, they failed to fix the issue, leaving me uncomfortable in a hot and stuffy room. The staff's response was sluggish, and they didn't seem to take the issue seriously, which only added to my frustration.

The room itself was not well-maintained. The cleanliness was below standard, with dusty furniture and dirty linens. The bathroom had a foul smell, and the plumbing was inadequate, making the overall experience even worse.

Additionally, the service was poor. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing customer concerns, and the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming.

Given the high price I paid for the stay, I expected better facilities and customer service. Unfortunately, NRKM Residency did not meet expectations in any way. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and...

The Worst place I had ever stayed. This is not a hotel or lodge, it's a girls and boys hostel where intermediate, nursing and medical students from nearby hospital stat.

The room was not cleaned, in fact it was just painted when we arrived and they never bothered to clean. The room was filled with dust and sand.. when we opened the window we saw a lot of empty alcohol bottles. There are 2 boys in the reception.. both quotes different prices.. plus if you extra money, they will return on your check out, but the boy will cut 30 rupees himself...
