Worst experience ever in ongole, they don't have enough staff to serve they charge 730/- per person but they will make you wait till you call for someone to serve... they don't even maintain everything in proper manner .... main course is worst specially chiken biriani not at all fresh and decayed smell ... Never ever organise party at this place they can't accommodate people and they don't even respond in proper way .... if you question instead of apologises they will question you in return saying HAVE YOU EVER TRIED BUFFET BEFORE 😱😱😱😱😱.....

1.They won't maintain Hygiene food ...

2.They wont maintain Hygiene plates have to pick one selectively ....

4.They don't even keep separate soup spoons ....

5.They don't have enough staff to serve and to clean ... they will make you wait for long period and if you question they will respond in rude manner.

ONLY FOOD YOU CAN ENJOY IS CURD RICE IF YOU TRY ANYTHING OTHER THAN THAT IN MAIN COURSE YOU MAY SUFFER WITH DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS...

One of the worst experiences had for lunch meet with a friend. Waiting is understandable but even after waiting begging cleaners to clean the table and remove tissues is pathetic. Due to crowd on Sunday afternoon they have opened an additional section at the entrance of restaurant without AC and chairs. Finally after a long struggle to find a seat another struggle started to find a waiter to take order.

After 1.5 hrs our order is served, starters were good except chilly mushroom where mushroom is elastic. Their special dried rice (veg biryani) is never to be tried.

Our struggles at this place continues and moved to Bread basket with their oil bathed North Indian Subzi and Dal.

Only saving grace at this location is curd rice. Out of whole meal this is the only dish which is really appreciated.

It is suggested to carry your water bottles to this place, as they take minimum 30 minutes to provide you water bottles by which you may...

I really wondered that a buffet at Ongole serves this much great..🥳 We really xan appreciate it. Especially love the ambience. They greet with you with a welcome drink & a chicken soup which tastes excellent to your taste buds.

Later your plate will be filled with full of chicken snacks😋 Especially that cute little drumsticks 😘 Along with that had sooper good fish and prwans(Tandoori type).

After that main course, I know many wont prefer MainCourse especially at Buffet. likewise we also followed that. But had little amount of items.

Desserts 😋 You can fall in love with brownies, cakes, gulab jamuns, and some fruit salads.

My friends really liked the Coke&Mojito welcome drinks 🍷

At the end we had an excellent Choclate Ice Cream 🍨

It's completely worthy to have this dinner. SUNDAY will be a bit crowdy so you can choose any other day.
