Beyond the business!!!! I chose this place during my stay in Guwahati and I am so glad I did. Reshabh (owner) did an excellent job of explaining everything to me in detail before I made the booking. The location is serene, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation, while still being well-connected to the rest of Guwahati, making it an excellent place to stay for any purpose.

Mr. Malakar(owner), was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The property offers the best of both worlds: the facilities and professionalism of a hotel paired with the warmth and personal touch of a home. The staff is incredibly quick and efficient, attending to all my needs without any delays.

As a vegetarian, I was particular about having good, homemade food, and Mr. Malakar made sure I got exactly that. What really stood out was when the chef personally visited my room to discuss my preferences and tailored the dishes accordingly. The attention to detail and personalized service left me thoroughly impressed. Oh and the black coffee was spot on !!

The stay was filled with thoughtful touches, and smooth, hassle-free experience throughout. Even at the end of my visit, the hospitality didn’t stop—they came out to see me off and later checked to ensure I had reached home safely.

I feel, one should try Happy Home Living. The experience of feeling like home when away from home in this homestay was something very very unique. My wife and two children was staying happily as if they are at home. The safety and security , hygiene and cleanliness of the property is commendable and praiseworthy. I reached to this place after I saw a youtube blog. My family was so impressed the moment we put our first step inside the room. Extremely neat and clean linens, sparkling floors, logically positioned furnitures and wall docors with a well arranged crokeries in the kichenette. No doubt, the place was very good, but the memory I carry with is the interaction with the owner Mr Malaker. The gentleman was very polite, friendly and a down to earth personality. Kudos to the owner and the team. Hope, the same standard if not more will be maintained in the future too.
