I had the pleasure of dining at Donna Belle recently, and for the most part, it was an enjoyable experience. The food was definitely a highlight, with its delightful flavors, and the ambiance added a nice touch to the evening. While the prices were on the higher side, I found them to be justifiable considering the overall experience.

However, there is one particular aspect that has left me feeling a bit disappointed. During my visit, the restaurant staff took some photos of our group, which got us excited about having some memories to cherish. Though they didn't explicitly promise to upload these photos, the idea was suggested and we were hopeful.

In anticipation, I've been checking their social media platforms daily, eager to find those candid moments captured during our meal. Additionally, my friends and I even reached out to them via Instagram direct messages, expressing our interest in getting access to those photos. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we haven't received any response or been able to locate the pictures anywhere online.

As patrons who truly enjoyed the experience and were looking forward to having those photos, it's a bit disheartening to be left without any communication or updates. While we understand that running a restaurant is a busy endeavor, a little transparency and follow-up would go a long way in keeping customers engaged and satisfied.

In the end, it's not just about the photos, but the fulfillment of an expectation that was inadvertently created. I hope that Donna Belle can address this aspect in the future, ensuring that all elements of the dining experience, including post-meal interactions, contribute positively to the overall impression left...

Now, coming to Guwahati this is one of a kind place. I was very impressed by the decor, a lot of effort has gone into it which reflects throughout the place. Plus they have two designated areas for private parties which is great.

Coming to the food, they have a live pizza station, and being a pizza lover had to go for something. We ordered the South West chili Chicken (3.5/5) and it was ok. Nothing out of the world.

Following we ordered a few cocktails. The first serving was very blunt and only on being told about it, the second serving was better. Having a bar counter and not serving proper drinks doesn’t sound good though.

Shrimp Tempura Tacos (5/5) Classic chicken Yaktori Nv (4/5) Classic jalapeno Tandoori Stuffed Mushrooms (3/5)

Of the lot, I was blown away by the tacos. Loved the amalgamation of wasabi and pineapple salsa flavour topped with spiced avocado.

Overall the place is great and would love to visit again. But they need to up their service game. The waiters need to know the menu throughout and what to suggest, the waiter who served us was just blank.
