Booked a Queen bed room, we arrived at around 1:30 am, and was told the room we booked was not available, and if we wanted to upgrade to a premium room, we will have to pay 1000 extra. The room which was offered had 2 separate small beds. The AC was not working. The rest of the night was a misery. To add to this terrible experience, a staff kept knocking on the door at 6:30 in the morning, when we didn't open, there was a call on the telephone that there might be a problem with our AC and they would like to change our settings, because it was affecting the other ACs in the other rooms. The AC was no better than a fan. We didn't get any refund for the downgrade of our room. Overall a pathetic stay option because of all this.
