I loved some of the food items, while some food items tasted below average... Overall experience was not that great... The quality of their food is deteriorating gradually... When I used to visit the cafe before all the food items tasted fresh and delicious... However, when I visited them recently, I got a fishy smell from the chicken dishes.. Felt like they were old rotten frozen chicken... The coating of the chicken was crispy and delicious.. But the flesh of the chicken had that kind of a nasty smell... One more thing, I didn't like the sitting arrangement.. A black sofa is placed just below the AC.. When I seated there, all the water that was dripping from the AC fell onto my left leg... It's a request to the cafe manager to look into this matter... If customers will not be happy with the overall experience.. It will be difficult to retain the business... So make changes and develop your product (which is your cafe)... Then your product's users (customers)...

Location is very accessible and quite easy to find. Ambience is good for a casual hangout with friends. A great place for evening snacks and some coffee. The cost of food is a tad bit more in comparison to the food served but is negligible as the food is quite good. It'll cost around 250 to 300 rupees per head.

The service does make u wait a bit, but its not too bad as the place is cosy and a great one to kill some time with friends. But definitely not a place for you if you are hungry prior to your visit to the place.

Overall: A good experience. You will not regret...

My fav place for hangout.. the food's really delicious.. the briyani and mac cheese we tasted were really good in taste though the amount if increased would be a little better.. the mac cheese was perfect in taste and texture.. the dimsums are one of the best it guwahati with quite good amount of filling and with respect to taste.. also, the iced tea(my favourite) and variety of cold coffee it offers are a must try.. the interior of it place if good and comfy and its good for hanging out with friends and family.. service and staff are customer friendly.. my overall...
