Hotel Sai Kripa Inn — Hotel in Assam

I have noticed the following pronlems at the time of my stay in this hotel:

Receptionist does not have a jolly face. They are just working to get their salaries.

No good space for parking. Parking is mainly available for hotel owner only.

3.You will get the experience of bedbug here.

Complimentary breakfast items are cooked very cheaply. Though breakfast timing is 8- 10am, but please go early, because if u go after 9.15 am, then most of the food items will be finished and they will not provide you again. Diabetic people are requested to carry sugar free tablets or powders, because they can't provide you sugar free with tea. No coffee is there. Some time, you will not see any staff at the time of breakfast and you will have to serve by yourself.

Families with kids will not be comfortable with the rooms as rooms are very small in size for families with kids.

Owner stays in the same building. But he is not looking after or maintaining the hotel properly.

Mosquito problem is very pathetic. You will get it in all the bathrooms, even...

Pathetic hospitality by the staff . I booked the hotel for my brother-in-law and his brother.later on my sister gave a visit at the hotel to meet them.she wanted to use the restroom of the booked room but was not allowed by the staff even after showing the ID for relationship proof.there was even no emergency restroom available in entire hotel campus for the visitors.the staff was so rude which is impossible to believe.they dint have the courtesy help my sister for her emergency.this is unacceptable and I wish to review so negative about this hotel. we never experienced such a policy and behaviour and this was really an unexpected and unacceptable behaviour towards a lady.such a shame to the entire hotel authority.never going to stay and recommend this hotel to anyone.before we checked in there were several calls made to us for the confirmation but when my brother checked in and completed the payment there was a drastic change in their behaviour.I consider this the worst experience for a hotel in my entire life.Shame on you HOTEL...

This place do not even deserve any review.. so many people has given 💯 true review still the owner is not working on it. The hotel and it's staff and the food of it was really great once. We really had good experiences from 2019 but after covid they hired some mannerless staff. Even our home food is much better than their hotel food. Rooms and it's beds are not prepared properly. We stayed in room no 209, which is a double bedroom.. but the bed had two mattresses, asked them to give single mattress and they hadn't any 🙅The bed was detached from it's head🤣AC was providing hot air in summer🤷 & the TV remote was not working and the back of it was lost and very excitingly it's batteries were bitten by someone 🤣🤣 so sad that the hotel can't even afford new batteries. The clock was stopped for good 🌚 can't even provide proper services but they want customers to vacate the room exactly at 12pm🤦 but the owner be like THIS IS BUSINESS but sir your business gonna drown...
