The Dhaba, Silpukhuri — Restaurant in Assam

I had visited yesterday with my family member previously the food was delicious but day by day tastes are getting very low. Ordered chicken biriyani of 3 plates, chilli chicken and garlic naan, chicken biriyani tastes almost like fried rice, its taste was horrible with lots of cloves added on, chilli chicken color was green it tastes like tangy type with full of capsicums, and THEY DIDN'T SERVE PANEER THEY SERVE SOMETHING LIKE RUBBERY TYPE ITS ALMOST TOFU, KINDLY MAKE SURE EITHER ITS TOFU FOR THE CUSTOMERS AND CORRECT IN THE MENU ALSO TOFU INSTEAD OF PANEER YOU ALL ARE MAKING FOOLS TO CUSTOMERS......Butter garlic nan was full of butter no garlic taste, I HAD PAID Rs.1100 something, wastage of money. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR POOR SERVICE, WE HAVE ALSO COMPLAINED THIS TO ONE OF YOUR STAFF HE MENTIONED THAT CHEF HAVE BEEN CHANGED ITS TOTALLY NOT OUR LOOK OUT WHO HAD CHANGED OR NOT, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM AND THE CHEF SEEMS HE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD TASTE LACK OF TRAINING OF CHEF. The food quality is very very bad, it was so terrible could eat more than a spoonful. So, we had packed the food for our doggy. OWNER NEED TO EXAMINE THE CHEF FIRST AND THEN ONLY HIRE , AND MOST IMPORTANTLY OWNER NEEDS TO CHANGE THIS CHEF HE REALLY NEED GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD TASTE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO COOK A DISH....TASTE WAS LIKE HORRIBLE. And one of the staff members of yours was continuously picking nose its totally not acceptable. I will not recommend this restaurant such a poor food...

The dhaba was always always the favourite place to dine with family till the durga puja 2021. The stewards present there are aged but they need serious professional upgradation in terms of customer service and etiquettes. Also the cashier cum manager who sits in the counter was a horrible person who commented that "satisfying customer is not our prime concern". I could understand business grows with time but maintaining the standard is also a responsibility . There was chaos all over, people were screaming, tearing bills and lots were happening at that time. We somehow managed to enter inside the dhaba and after that the door was locked. We waited for more then an hour and after that we were not allowed to dine since it was late which was not informed to us at the very beginning but some regular customers were allowed to do so.At the end we came back home packing all the items which we could have done through swiggy also. This was the horrible experience with THE DHABA i had this durga puja. May be i will now quit that place as we have options available in...
