Kaziranga Eco Camp — Hotel in Assam

Our stay at Kaziranga Eco Camp was an unforgettable experience! The location is excellent, just a 5-10 minute drive from the Kaziranga National Park, making it super convenient for early morning safaris. We booked a camping room directly at a very good price, and they also offer cottage rooms for those who prefer more traditional accommodation. The property itself has nice ambience/garden, which added to the charm of the stay.

The breakfast was nice, and the lunch/dinner options were both delicious and very affordable. The cherry on top was the personalized jeep safari they offered for just ₹3100, all-inclusive (and negotiable!). Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and made the entire experience even better by sharing interesting facts about the park and its wildlife. The highlight of our trip was spotting a tiger during the safari, which absolutely made our day!

This is hands down the best place to stay near Kaziranga at such an affordable price.

A few things to keep in mind:

Right from planning and booking the accommodation to planning the safari and arranging for a pick up, Mr. Akash was extremely helpful. He provided a lot of insights and input which helped us in planning our vacation. The staff is very helpful and arranged for everything round the clock. The locality is really nice and the property isnear a tea garden with lot of scenic beauty around. Mr. Akash arranged for the safaris including the elephant safari which my kid and family enjoyed. Every creature comfort is available within the tents. You can see a lot of birds and get a good food of your choice. Evenings are especially nice and quiet. The location is great and Mr. Dibyajyoti Gogoi who picked and dropped us from and tow Guwahati and Mr. Shahid who took us in jeep safaris are very nice persons. The place is very quiet & you actually feel very calm & do stargazing at night, Bonfire is also provided by owner. Nice place to relax & walk around inside the property.

We asked owner to arrange Jeep Safari for us, he arranged the safari with a very good driver/guide Sahid(good person with great knowledge)

Tented Cottage Rooms are big & they have sitout area,hot water in washroom, beds are good & all basic amenities are provided in room.

The owner of property such a welcoming person, so down to earth. He made is feel home.The property manager is also very polite & humble person who manages the property along with owner.

Food is excellent must try Honey chilli potato/crispy chicken/chicken curry.
