I know that they will respond to only 5/5 reviews, they don't bother about 1/5 reviews... They lost a customer who was with them since 4 years... Let them find new customers... Was really upset today with the reception... They used to call everyone who have booked a room like, sir when u ll check in... good only, but y not same with me, they din even call me... K . Anyways, daffodil suites, good place, but all customers will face similar problem like me in long term... They got good rating till date dumping some people... Who knows, next day u ll be dumped... So be careful with daffodil suites.. I booked a room al week before, paid advance.. today when I checked in, they simply told all rooms full .. I waited in reception for 45 mins, felt like nobody bothered about me... Went to reception and informed I ll search some other place and refund my advance, they simply told no refund... Just now saw some websites reg daffodil... They have mentioned free cancellation... Then y not refund for me.. it's really the lack of capacity of the receptionist... I reminded him often that I ll be staying there... So for one week all rooms were booked? Even though paying advance... Finally thought like they are begger like wanting my 2k advance and came out telling the reception that I ll never call them booking a room and never I will visit that place... If you want to know TREEBO quality; just call OYO ... you would pay more and talk to TREEBO and stay in one of their hotels.||About Daffodil suites: The Team definitely needs training. They need to protect themselves from the Virus. I had personally advised 3 times the Room Boy to wear his mask, wear a gloves, wear his shoes properly for mutual safety. I made a note of this to TREEBO and they would have advised Daffodil management but for my sake they started to wear PPEs. Well, they must understand the Need to Protect.||(2) Breakfast is cheap. Read moreI was visiting with my Family, a toddler and two senior citizens. I was very nervous on how will I manage to give them the same home like experience in terms of food n hygiene. At Daffodil suits I never felt I was away from my home. The friendly staff, cleanliness of the facility, quick room service, support in preparing kid's food and tasty food for us were beyond what I was expecting in a hotel. Above all the love and care they showed towards us was a bonus. Well connected with the city transportation and even being placed in the buzy hub, locality was quite and ample parking space was available for us to park vehicle. Safety standpoint was also good.
