My stay at this place was not pleasant as there were a lot of gaps. I stayed at this place for 2 weeks. I was charged extra for my room, some of the breakfast dishes like omelet and macaroni were not as per standards. The reception guy was super rude and did not have phone manners to talk properly on phone. More than half of the channels were not coming (Tata Sky) and they needed to change setup boxes to do that. Which was very strange! I would not recommend this place for more than 2 days. A lot of power cuts were happening, but fortunately, they do have a back-up generator. Some Wi-Fi issues on the floor, but had a portable Wi-Fi with me. The Aircon remote control was not working properly, looked faulty a bit, maybe due to battery issues. I have attached the images for reference. I tried to bring this issue up with Mr. Ali, but he did not do much about it. Explains what sort of people are running this...

Very good 3 star hotel. I stayed here for 3 nights and 2 days. There was a 30 mins. delay for room allotment as it was getting cleaned. As I was in no rush it was ok for me.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. The room I got had a smoke smell but after sometime I got used to it. It would be better if only they could get rid of that. The bed sheets were clean but some of the blankets I saw had stains on it. They said it is from detergents. They were happy to change it for me.

The food including complementary breakfast was really tasty. The price was also ok.

They charged me above mrp for bottled water. That I believe is illegal but I let it slide as a tip for all the other good things this hotel offered.
