A very good veggie fav, u get a lot of stuff to pick from. Breakfast onwards, the idli and vada are super . So also kesaribath a winner all the way. The chaats are equally popular, the masala Puri is got a nice tinge , the masalas do not overpower the dish, it's a good combination of all the right ingredients and makes every bite of the masala Puri along with onions, carrot and sev a pleasure eating. The pooris r crispy and they gel well with the masalas. I, topped it up with a refreshing lime juice. Coffee is also supposed to be a hit with the crowd....

I'm from Mangalore and felt happy to see a hotel named Udupi Hotel it gave us a feeling of home. My friend and I ordered Gobi Manchurian at night, expecting good taste and freshness. But sadly, the experience was horrible. The gobi was not at all fresh it seemed like it was stored in the refrigerator for a few days. It had a bad smell, and the oil used for frying also seemed very old and reused multiple times. The food was not edible. If you can’t maintain the basic quality and freshness of food, especially under the name of "Udupi," it’s better to either improve or change the name. Very...

We are visiting this place from past 2 years. Today we had a bad experience. After waiting for half an hour. Our special order Babycorn pepper dry was served. Couldn’t able to eat it because it is stinky (in Kannada we say alasogiro food) food they served and manager is not ready to exchange the order and on behalf he started fighting with us saying you guys are culprits. It’s a basic Courtesy of the hotel to serve us the proper food. But here they are not to ready to refund or exchange food also.
