Hotel Balinova — Hotel in Bengaluru

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Balinova, located conveniently in Kundalahalli, Bangalore, just about 700 meters from Kundalahalli Gate. The location is excellent, offering great connectivity and easy accessibility, whether you’re coming for business or leisure. It's also close to local food joints and public transport, which makes moving around very easy. The price range is quite reasonable, offering great value for money compared to other hotels in the area. What stood out most during my stay was the hospitality – the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service was prompt and professional, whether it was room service, housekeeping, or at the reception. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The overall atmosphere at the hotel felt safe and inviting. The people at the hotel, from the management to the support staff, were friendly and made sure I felt at home throughout my stay. I'm a regular customer at this hotel, but I hadn't noticed the behavior of the reception staff before because I usually just check in and leave. This time, I stayed for a few hours and faced a major issue with them. They were incredibly rude and unprofessional, lacking even basic manners despite my being a repeat customer. They even demanded extra charges during check-in.

When I questioned their behavior and asked if I should even bother coming back, they bluntly told me there was no need to. The reception staff feels and behaves like they own the place themselves, showing a complete disregard for customer loyalty and service.

Furthermore, If anyone considering staying here: check the mobile signal before you check in your room . On one side of the hotel, the signal is zero—you can't even make a call or send a message. The signal on the other side is just manageable.

I came Bangalore for a job interview and it was the very first time. I reached silk Road at 3.30am and couldn't find any rooms/hotels there. I was frustrated and don't know where to stay. Finally I found this hotel at 8.30 am. This hotel was actually pretty good and they're maintaining well. The reason why I'm giving 5stars is they've helped me to reach my Interview location and even navigated me. The owner and other staffs are very friendly.
