If you order something from here, you might feel you're eating right food as they provide it with a nice packaging and all, but believe me, this place has horrible cleanliness and lacks any hygiene at all. I've seen cockroaches and other insects roaming all around the kitchen area as well as the service area. The kitchen seems not to be cleaned at all, the walls are black with all the exhaust waste and kitchen workers work in extreme heat and can be seen sweating round the clock. The online providers such as Zomato, Swiggy must do regular hygiene checks.

I have been visiting this place for more than 2 years. Recently, I noticed a big drop in quality and service.

Here are my observations:

Food taste keeps changing because staff and chefs change often.

Portion size and quality have reduced.

Service is slow, and staff are not trained in hospitality.

We have to remind them many times for basic things.

Hygiene and cleanliness are not maintained properly.

You should only eat here if you are too poor and have lots of time to wait for the food. Very disappointing staff without management and communication skills and they keep fighting among themselves. Went to order food and saw lots of people complaining for delay and one guy even started fighting back with a customer, they do not even speak English or Kannada which should be mandatory if they are staring something in Bangalore.
