I stayed there for a day , at the time of check in I was told that drinking water was available at ground floor both hot and cold. In my room there were two empty water bottles(which was obviously for taking water). I took them down and first took some cold water, and then some hot water as I wanted a lukewarm temperature. I filled the first bottle and proceeded to fill the second one. The quality of the bottle was so damn bad that it instantly melted bcs of the pathetic plastic used. Then I checked my other bottle which I filled first only to see that even that was melting. I dint even care to drink the water from the bottle bcs of the hazardous plastic. Even we also use plastic bottles to fill warm water, but the only difference is that we use good quality ones and not the ones we get on streets. At the time of checkout the guy there came and told me tht I had to talk to the business manager and she insisted me to pay 200 Rs for ruining the bottles. I told her that it was ruined after taking their own water which was kept down as per instructions. There were no instructions that the BOTTLES WERE OF THE LOWEST QUALITY AND THAT WE SHOULDNT EVEN MIX THE WATER AND FILL IT. She was so arrogant and she asked to pay 200 for the low quality service from their side . I paid 1500 for a room for this kind of service for one day. Shame on them to collect 200 rs for two bottles which wouldn’t have even cost them 50 bucks . beware of the quality of the stuff they provide, if something goes wrong they will blame you in the end and charge you like anything. Very disappointing!!
Coming to their rooms. The linens on the bed were so dirty that I dint even care to sleep on it. I used my own bedsheets. Seems like they don’t even wash it. There was a towel laid down in front of the bathroom instead of doormat. Overall it didn’t even look clean and there was dust everywhere . Not worthy for the price they charge, you get far better airbnbs in blore at the...
Read moreThe place was such a mess and I felt like I got stuck in a dungeon. I stayed in a different stay the previous days and it was perfect but never expected Airbnb offering such low maintenance room. 1st of all he has not mentioned in the main amenities that the kitchen and laundry are COMMON, but added it in the description in a line where people won’t notice. The place was not even like the picture. It’s total scam, they did not even have a proper toilet mat (only a dirty towel was there to wipe legs), the toilet was not clean, the water wouldn’t go down the drainage had to stand and pour extra water to help them flow down, room was worse with lizard toilet on the bed and cigarette holes, the pillows where worst but still they got such a heavy cleaning fee. The TV does not have more than 5 -10 channels and if needed we had to pay and buy the channel. I don’t think this is a standard for Airbnb but definitely the right property to spoil the Airbnb reputation. The chair was broken, not able to sit also, and the dustbin also was broken. One of the worst stays by airbnb and couldn’t change the room since it was Rs.1800 and non refundable....
Read moreI had an absolutely amazing experience here. This accommodation is extremely economical but has a lot of amenities. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are well equipped. The location is absolutely amazing. They also have an average common kitchen and a common washing machine and dryer. We faced a few issues with our room and it took an entire day and half for us to be moved to another room.
This brings me to the drawback of this place. I really think the staff can be trained better to be more prompt and handle logistical situations better. The check in time is also unnecessarily long. This can easily be an excellent 3 star accommodation despite the lack of air conditioning if the staff is trained better.
Despite that, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone as it has amazing value for money (I spent 700 Rs per night) for the spacious and clean rooms and the location which is in the vicinity of a lot of restaurants and is directly connected to...
