BBQ Mafia - BTM — Restaurant in Bengaluru

This is my personal experience that I had with them, so today by 8.30pm after my work I ordered one Barbeque and one Showerma via Zomato,I waited as you know banglore traffic but it was because of app issue that got delayed almost above 1-1.5 hour, between that period only I got call from the restuarant saying they had already prepared the order and kept and even for them also Zomato customer service wasn't responding , I was planning to cancel the order from Zomato,and then again zomato had completely shut off their work today that even cancelling the order was also shown as that option itself isn't there , I waited and again the owner of BBQ mafia shilpa ,she called me and said they will deliver the order via denzo;again same issue , delivery partner not assigning!!! I thought yeah today I don't deserve a rest as I had cancelled everything just to have the food and have a good sleep,but then again Shilpa called and conveyed that they can deliver me directly and ofcourse I was ready to wait as I was very hungry,but of all these what surprised me was she made them to do fresh ,and I got hot barbeque and 2 showerma (1 was complimentary)

Oh Shilpa I must say this barbeque itself was so filling and tasty ,I ordered both because I was very hungry so first when I had barbeque so yummy that I got full so only had 2 bites of one shawerma and remaining I gave to my friends and they all loved the showerma And I couldn't believe in one showerma roll filling was on point , chicken was also fresh.... But for me it was barbeque ,it was so savory ,even the mayonnaise was just amazing (All I got just for 209/-) Everything was so delicious, so so much appreciated for the effort , I'm so pleased thank you very much for this deed Shilpa 💗Indeed!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but BBQ MAFIA forced me to break the rule. First thing – their shawarma is MASSIVE. Honestly, the biggest I’ve eaten in Bangalore, and not just big, but perfectly packed with flavor. Every bite feels like pure happiness.

And here’s the killer part – whenever I order kuska, almost every single time they surprise me with free chicken! Like who does that anymore? BBQ MAFIA does. 💯

On top of that, if I ever ask for any add-on, they don’t even charge. That kind of generosity and customer respect is rare these days. Huge respect to the people running this place – they’ve nailed the taste, the vibe, and the hospitality.

Special shoutout to the madam managing the place – she’s extremely polite, helpful, and makes sure customers feel valued.

I don't know how people have given them 5 star ratings, i visited the place just because of good reviews when I went there injad to wait for 40 mins for 2 shawarmas. I was ok with the wait time expecting the taste would be good. I was wong, the chicken was burnt crisp, the taste was very mediocre. The only good thing about the place is that the quantity of chicken is good, one shawarma will fill your belly but only if you dare to withstand the taste of charcoal chicken...
