Nova Blue Stay — Hotel in Bengaluru

I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory.

Firstly, the place lacks proper ventilation, making it quite uncomfortable, Additionally, the location is a bit inside and hard to find, which made arriving quite a hassle.

What was most disappointing was the behavior of the caretaker He acted as if he was the boss of the property, displaying a very rude demeanor.he misunderstood that we have not closed the gate and called us and shouted on us, treating us as if we was staying there for free. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and needs immediate attention from the property owner.

Overall, the poor ventilation and the caretaker's attitude overshadowed it could have been a pleasant stay. I hope the property owner addresses these...
