I recently had the misfortune of dining at the Lemon Tree Hotel Electronic City for their buffet dinner, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. Let me share my grievances:

Limited Variety - The buffet spread was lackluster, to say the least. The options were limited, and most of the dishes seemed like they had been sitting out for hours. The lack of variety left me feeling unsatisfied.

Quality Issues: The quality of the food was subpar. The so-called "live counters" were anything but lively. The pasta station had overcooked noodles swimming in a bland sauce, and the grilling station produced rubbery, flavorless meats. Even the salads lacked freshness.

Service Woes: The service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive. Empty plates piled up on our table, and it took ages to get a refill of water. It felt like they were doing us a favor by serving us.

Ambiance: The ambiance was far from inviting. The lighting was harsh, and the seating arrangement felt cramped. The noise level from other diners made it impossible to have a peaceful meal.

Price-Performance Ratio: Considering the lack of quality and variety, the buffet was overpriced. I've had better meals at roadside eateries for a fraction of the cost.

I recently stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel in Electronic City, Bangalore, and had a positive experience overall. The hotel’s location is ideal for business travelers, being close to major tech parks and well-connected by the elevated expressway. The staff was attentive and friendly, making the check-in and stay comfortable. My room was spacious, clean, and featured large windows that brought in plenty of natural light.

The amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a pool, added to the comfort of the stay. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast at Citrus Cafe, which had a variety of options catering to different tastes. However, room service was occasionally slow during busy hours, and the WiFi speed could use an upgrade.

The experience was not good at all, very unprofessional ! I was using it for 2 hrs for rest as I run my restaurant near by! Today is my last day in their pg and when I went to pick my key the owner told me he already gave my room to another person, without prior notice to me ! Then he gave me a different key and with the ordering tone told me to use that room! From the beginning I thought because of language problems there may be miscommunication, but I was wrong! I joined their pg on the 11th, so officially I can go up to 10th December, 2022 ! That also he never discussed with me before, even yesterday! Be aware before booking their PG !!!

There are so many odds but I donot want to disclose it here! In the service industry, behaviour is the first key of success which You guys are lacking....
