OYO Flagship 44601 Cloud Stay — Hotel in Bengaluru

We went there and it was a building, which I guess newly started. When we went for check-in, we have been allocated room in 4th floor. We noticed that, all rooms were vacant mostly in 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. Then we asked the staff i.e., receptionist to provide room any of those floors other than 4th floor. Because there is no lift available in this hotel. But the staff were very rude and disrespectful. They said that all online bookings will be done for 'Saver' class rooms and those type of rooms were available only in 3rd and 4th floors and all other rooms are of 'Classic' class. If we want to upgrade our class, we need to pay more 500/-INR. But in the online booking it is no where mentioned about the classes and that there is no lift. There is no courtesy to the staff and as we are couple who came on some personal work, they have seen us suspiciously as that we are an unmarried couple where I really didn't like. They need have some manners and sense at least. When we said that we will leave a review to the hotel online, they carelessly said that to go and write a review... they don't care. The hotel though located on the main road, was hard to find exact location. There is no telephone and mirror in the room and the hotel doesn't have power back up and restaurant. Hotel was clean as it is a newly constructed one, room was good. But these hotel people are misleading customers online to book their saver class rooms and they will give you rooms only in 4th floor and you will die hard to climb those stairs everytime...

I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise against booking a stay here. The service provided was abysmal, and the staff seemed disinterested in helping guests.

The rooms were in a state of disarray, with cleanliness and maintenance sorely lacking. The bathroom facilities were in deplorable condition, with dirty fixtures and an overall unhygienic environment. The wash basin was no better, and it was evident that proper cleaning and maintenance were neglected.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, as my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. It's essential to choose accommodations that prioritize cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction, which this hotel clearly did not. Save yourself the frustration and find a better...

The room was booked for 2 days and the amount were taken in advance. The rooms were smaller than shown in images and were unclean. We found multiple cockroaches in the room at night and couldn't rest properly. We asked them to take one days rent (Ideally even this should not be deducted as we were checking out because of their unsatisfactory premises) and refund the second days rent as we would not be staying there. They said their hotel policies don't allow refunds.

What sort of customer satisfaction or service is this. This hotel is even tied up on OYO. How are they even getting business.
