Pristine Inn Manyata — Hotel in Bengaluru

TRUST ME WHEN I SAY I SAW ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE I WENT HERE. Horrible, I'll tell you all the issues: It's apartment based, absolutely 0 privacy, they have made one home (two bedrooms and a kitchen) as two different rooms, so complete strangers sharing a house but different bedrooms, it's really effing awkward cause they're always loud and we can't complain, when I say 0 privacy, I mean -1000 privacy. Second issue being, the rooms, don't even get me started, despite everything, you would expect the rooms to be fine, but nope. No lights, no fans, nothing Is working, it's literally so small, there's only space for the bed to fit. You can't even stand properly. The bathroom, everything is broken, one broken half glowing light, thankfully there was some water, but no mirror, nothing. The staff and the service, at least this? NOPE. We called them before we arrived, asked if we could do an early check in, and they said okay. But when we went there, they made us wait for 40 mins. It's absolutely nuts, it got us questioning everything. The location, the road, everything is very suspicious, not worth it at all, looking at the price, we went for this, but if I had not paid, I would have left then and there.

So please please please don't go for this in the next 10 years, it's already 100 years backward for hotels...

The rooms were filthy! I checked 3 different rooms and had to choose “less dirtier” one coz I had already paid for it and they did not agree to provide refund. Washroom was stinking, bed sheets were dirty. Cupboards and tables had oil stains, not cleaned for weeks/months. Rooms were stinking with smoke and alcohol smell., walls were so dirty as well! There were a lot of cockroaches as well, opened our food and kept it on the table for 2mins and it was covered by cockroaches. And cockroaches were there on the bed, cupboards and just running around across the floor. The person at the reception was very rude, service was very poor. No water bottles, even when I was ready to pay extra for that. TV did not work. Towels were dirty as well, had a lot of stains. Worst...

I and my colleagues had made a reservation for a room at this establishment, but our experience was extremely disappointing. Despite confirming the date and check-in/check-out time over the phone, we arrived to find that none of the rooms were ready. Our prior requests were disregarded by one of the staff members, who responded rudely. Even though our check-in time was at 9 AM, we were informed that the room would only be available at 12 PM. This level of service was completely unacceptable. As a result, we made the decision to book another service apartment located across from this place.
