I want to share both good and bad side of this stay. Recently I stayed there for 4 days (bill attached) with my fiancée. booked their superior segment room unfortunately I have encountered with a very uncanny and unpleasant experience here. First the good parts 1. Rooms were decent but considering the price (around 3k per check-in)service was not upto that standard. 2. They gave me little discount as promised. Now the con sides 1. I paid for one day at the time of check in. and they told me we can pay rest of the amount at the time of check out. next to next morning got a call from reception asking to clear the outstanding and asked me abou my final check-out date. I told them that we will leave on sunday morning which we did and told him that we were told that we can pay the final amountat the time of check out. that evening when my fiancée went to the reception to collect the water bottle the guy in the reception told her that the room has other booking for tomorrow and we have to evacuate. I intervened and told him that I confirmed in the morning about our last checkout date. then he asked me to pay the rest amount which we paid instantly. later saw that they took the card access but given back after informing them. till then everything was okay. very next day when we came back from day outing, again the access entry card was not working. I went to the reception my fiancée was standing with the luggages. while confronting them why is this happening again for the second time they started raising hand gesture in a very arrogant way. also told me that I have to request the access every day wich anyway illogical when i have already paid the full amount. also never informed me before. and on top of it the way he was showing the gesture seems like he was not at all a hospitality professional. we had a heated argument but he continuously arguing even after my fiancée politely explaining the severity of such irresponsible and careless attitude towards guests. 2. they have a 3rd party tie-up for breakfast from 7am to 10am if you go 5mins late will not get the break fast. any way no optionsof get it served in the room. 3. House keeping and room service are terrible. seems they only have 3 to 4 House staffs around. but they tried their best. 4. Overall attitude of the staffs were very unprofessional and weird. they don't know how to serve or talk to the guest properly also very few knowledge to handle irritated customer. No one wants to stay outside their own room in case of emergency even after paying the full amount in advance. probably they wanted us to evacuate the room because they got more numbers of room booking from one party.

The stay is well located, right next to a metro station, which makes commute easy. Basic amenities in the room are okay, the bathroom stinks, and hot water isn't available towards nighttime. Despite being mentioned in room add-on, no toiletries were provided. The room also had some mosquitoes. The view was completely blocked by the walls of the adjoining building. I had complimentary breakfast in my booking, but for that, one has to walk through a busy street to the restaurant in the next building. The footpath is always packed with two-wheelers, so it's not a very pleasant experience. No buffet option is available, and one gets a fixed Sourh Indian breakfast thali. Also, the restaurant is overly crowded, which makes the service a bit slow. Staff is very good and the hotel is frequented by families. Recommended for short stays.

We have stayed in many places in various countries. This is the most miserable stay abroad ever!!

Liked: The only thing I liked about the hotel was that the place was clean and there was a restaurant on the first floor of the property which had some delicious food and nice waiters who were kind and well-prepared to serve us any time.

Disliked: When I was selecting this hotel, it was mentioned that high-speed unlimited internet would be available, however, the quality of the Wi-Fi was so poor, it got disconnected every few minutes and the speed was also not good at all. One evening, we did not get internet at all, when we started browsing, it said the internet subscription was not paid so the ISP had disconnected the service from the whole property. We stayed in the hotel during a period of two major international football tournaments, we hoped to see them on TV. Unfortunately, the cable TV service was also unavailable as the hotel management had not paid for the TV service. The hotel staff were not knowledgeable about our inquiries, there was one staff, for every question we asked about where we could get something, his answer was to go to "Pheonix Mall". Ultimately, we found that none of the suggestions were at that mall. Shame! Room service was poor! After three days of our stay, there was no room service, when we inquired at the reception, they said we had to request room make-up. When we requested, they only changed the bed and towels, no proper cleaning was done. There was dust on the floor, TV Rack and so on. We had to ask for free drinking water every day, despite it being mentioned in our package. An iron and ironing board were supposed to be provided, but we had to ask for that too, and a few hours after providing them, the maintenance guys would come and ask to give the iron and board back as another customer needed them. Free breakfast was limited to a veg meal combo (We were non-veg indeed). We were not told that we would have the choice to select the items in the breakfast and pay the excess amount of over Rs.200. All 7 days we ate the same breakfast and on the last day of our stay, the receptionist said we would have a choice, but it was very useless by then. The location was very near to a metro station. So, the sound of horns made the place very uncomfortable day and night. Finally, the shower was not...

I stayed in this hotel last week , first very bad thing is the telephone in the room is not working but they gave some phone numbers ultimately they will lift your call twice and third time if you call they will not pick up. I am pregnant and I had a situation to stay in this hotel. What if there is some emergency and I called them and they don't respond! Very bad. Once I check in I waited for 30 min but they didn't send welcome kit or dental kit. The hand wash and shower gel in the bathroom are empty bottles and no tissues arranged. The comforter looks dirty. Worst thing is flush is not working, I have to call them each time to refill soap, get tissues, dental kit, flush repair for each thing. The boys who come for service show face when we ask for plate or anything. The service is worst. There was a rotating fan fixed in middle of the suite room where the air is not at all sufficient. AC is working but if you put it in 18 also the cooling is not distributing. They collect Aadhar while check in but they don't remember people faces, each time when you come up they will see as if you are a theif, this is most disgusting thing amongst all. They will judge you by your dressing. Looks like wearing a saree is uneducated for them.pathetic! There was another girl who is wearing a jeans was not questioned, why they questioned us? There are cockroaches in the washroom also the washrooms are really in a bad condition, very small and there is nothing like wet and dry area, once you shower the whole washroom gets wet and there is no proper exhaust to make it dry, it takes very long to dry the washroom.

In all this one good thing is room is spacious for three adults and the location is very prime.

Whatever I posted it is not to reduce the reputation of the hotel but to let them know how bad the people are ! They have to improve service. That is the only reason I am...
