Giving a 2 star because of the following reasons:

1. They took additional charge for parcel
2. And took loong time to get the food ready. We had to ask multiple times.
3. Eventhough we paid additional charge for parcel, they were reluctant to give proper parcel containers..
4. Finally, We had ordered 6 chappathis, and got only 5 of them!! Each medium sized chappathi costed 20rs/-

Giving 2 stars for the pros:

1. Spacious
2. Neat and clean
3. Taste was kind of OK

Other cons:

1. Price is moderately high: 6 chappathis and 2 currys costed : Rs 320/-
2. Waiting time is too high, if you are on a run to catch your train..your money is at stake!

This is second time we experienced the same for parcel service!

I strongly do not recommend this place. I had an extremely disappointing experience when I ordered Masala Dosa and Lemon Rice.

After handing over my token at the counter, they took it and kept it aside for 15 minutes without any response. Instead of Masala Dosa, I was served Kali Dosa. When I enquired about the issue, they informed me that Masala Dosa was unavailable and provided Butter Dosa as a replacement—10 minutes later. The Lemon Rice was terrible, with no salt. (giving 1 star extra now as the new lady comes in the counter) took Idli Vada. Food taste is good and price is reasonable. But the workers here are not willing to do their job. The lady in the counter has some attitude and she spends her time mostly roaming here and there rather than taking orders Servers will not give your food fast.
