I had the worst experience this time, I booked the hotel for 499 in the offer, and when I went to the hotel, the manager says that Sir these offers are not valid here. Then he showed me his hotel room picture on his mobile and say, Sir, look at this room and tell me if this room will be so cheap. Then said that you do one thing, give 1000 extra, I said why should I give more money than the price I have booked online, Then speak: either give extra money or cancel your booking, He had taken 1000 extra from me.
I checked in and went to my room, I stayed 1 night (from 5 Feb to 6 Feb) and I faced lots of problems. The staff was gossips with each other, their loud voice creat lots of disturbances in rooms bcz rooms are not soundproof. TV didn't work, I went to the front desk 4 to 5 times, They didn't send someone to fix it and every time they made excuses that in the whole Nehru Nagar area facing cable issues but in other rooms TV was work properly. The quality of the plates was so poor. The glasses were not clean. The staff was not cooperative they always make us fool I asked for a Water bottle 2 to 3 times the receptionist always telling me to send sir again sending sir one minute only but her one minute did not come till night then I have to purchase a water bottle from outside the hotel. I paid around 1k but I didn't get morning breakfast even a single day. At the time of check-out, the receptionist asked me can give the phone on which u made the booking. because I want to see something. then she gave 5 ratings from my phone without my permission and she again made me a fool that your rating option will come again. I am also a hotelier and regular customer of Oyo. it was my worst stay in Oyo rooms. This hotel made Oyo's top ten worst hotels in the country. There was a good reason it made the list.    Read more Worst service I ever experienced in my life.  Stayed for 5 days (5-9 March 2018) with three of my colleagues (booked 2 double occupancy rooms) and they never cleaned the room and the bed even once.  They don't provide regular need items like soap, shampoo, mosquito repellent even hanger for hang cloths until somebody ask for the same.  NO FOOD SERVICE AT ALL.  NO Wi-Fi.  BE CAREFUL!!
