Ordered last night from this restaurant via swiggy and had a horrible horrible experience.
The representataive from the restaurant's side has no regard for the time of the customer. He blatantly believed that even though it was the resturant's mistake, the customer is supposed to cancel the order, order again and wait for another 30-40 min for the order!
First of all they couldn't fulfil an item worth Rs 50 from an order of aroundn Rs 1600 (auto-divided in two Rs 800 order); after around 20 min of accepting the order, the resturant marked that some items are not available.
I recieved a call from the delivery partner that only 2 of the 3 soups ordered are available as the soup is finished. I asked him to bring the remaining order but he said "no you have to 'confirm' the order."
Then while talking to the Swiggy customer care executive (after about half an hour of waiting for the order), I was saying to the swiggy executive that either refund for one soup or just add anything worth roughly around Rs 50 and kindly send the order, someone very RUDELY interrupted and said in an ignorant voice - "Cancel the order and order again!". I asked who was that and the executive politely said that sir it is the person from the restaurant's side. I said why should I wait for another 30-40 min after already waiting for 30 min for this order. The customer care executive panicked sensing the tension and politely said, "sir I'll handle this" and ended the call, and just because of the rude intervention from the person from the resturant's side a solution couldn't be reached on the call.
I again recieved a call from the delivery partner saying, "I am waiting from the confirmation ". I told him to just ask the resturant to add anything worth roughly the same amount and just bring the food. Or give the phone to the restaurant, I'll talk to them and ask them to just add anything roughly worth that amount. But instead of hearing from the restaurant's side, I heard a RUDE SCREAM "the issue is going on since half an hour, just cancel the order". It was a horrible experience! At that point I was already waiting for almost 1 hour for the order. The total order was of Rs 1600 (auto-divided into two Rs 800 orders), I didn't even care about the Rs 50 soup, I just wanted the remaining order to be sent. I felt totally unheard and I felt NO HUMANITY from the restaurant's side. It was my father's birthday, people were there, I wanted the remaining food delivered, I didn't even care about one stupid soup among the large order.
How does the resturant have the odacity to tell the customer to order again and wait for ANOTHER 30-40 min because of thier own mistake. Even if I did, people were already leaving by that point.
Our plan was hampered and restaurant didn't offer A SINGLE BIT OF EFFORT to listen to what the customer wants and just wanted the customer to order again and wait for another 30-40 min for their own mistake!
The representataive from the restaurant's side should be FIRED as such rude and ignorant people should have no place in the hospitality industry!

Pathetic test. no chance of improvement. Owner dont have customer service skills. If you are searching for hygiene and tasty food pl go somewhere else . Highly not recommendable. Menu is short all the time. Food quality not so good Every food in that list they are serving just nonsense and over price.
