OYO New Madhuram Palace — Hotel in Bhopal

I made this booking for our trip to Bhopal through MakeMyTrip.||I am totally dissatisfied by the hotel staff and their attitude reasons are below:||1) I booked this for 3 guests but this booking was done for 2 guests do not know why and even MMT customer support was not able to explain it, so I have to pay Rs. 700 extra for the guest.||2) Hotel room which I selected was not what we got it was a small room with just enough space to put extra bedding for the 3rd guest.||3) Room was untidy and we have to change pillows, covers and bed-sheet to sit on it.||3) We ran out of water in washroom and we were told to wait till they fill back overhead tankers.||4) Free breakfast in hotel comes with a cap, it only includes pav bhaji and parantha (only 2), we came to know about this as we were charged for each extra parantha we had (Rs. 80 each) and sandwich we ordered.||||Nothing is mentioned in my booking details or e-mail which I have received. I really feel cheated for this booking as the hotel is not worth and I have to pay Rs. 400 for food and Rs. 700 for...

I was on business trip to Bhopal and searched for a business hotel for 2 days...i found that Hotel Madhuram Palace offered a gud deal @ Rs 800 per day including breakfast...but it was my lifetime pathetic and worst experience to book a room in this hotel and I stayed here for 2 days. Bed mattress is cheap and bad. They r uneven and causes back ache. Toilet is not clean and have lot of spider webs. Lot of mosquitoes and bed bugs in the room. I never got breakfast till 8.30am. When I came to room second day, room was not cleaned..guy at reception told that he forgot... HUMBLE ADVISE TO ALL.... even if u r offered a FREE room at HOTEL MADHURAM PALACE please AVOID IT... not worth... Complete waste... Very unprofessional staff. ....

Very bad hotel . Worst experience of my life. Even hotels which charge 600/night provide better facility. -Bad stained bedsheets and pillows. -No hot water for bathroom. They provide rods , even that the staff came to give it Back after 30mins to share it to other rooms with was the worst part. -All rooms are Full off cockroaches everywhere. I changed to 3different rooms. -TV doesn't work just for show . -AC fans speed is set to fix speed. -Ac Remote doesn't work properly. -All beds are spring beds with torn sponge , got hurt with their spring. -I had booked room for 3days but had to leave this after first night experience, Wasted my money as I had to shift to another...
