Flagship Hotel Midtown — Hotel in Bhopal

DON'T PAY ONLINE FOR ADVANCE BOOKING. They will ask for double the amount you already paid online in cash there or rudely ask you to leave and they won't refund your paid amount. The room walls are literally soaked in water, bathrooms were very dirty, bedsheets were stained and tv was not recharged. Despite asking for the new sheets many times, nothing was done. It's much much better to stay at the railway lounge which only costs 10 rupees per hour than staying here. Biggest scam is the photos they have uploaded on OYO, idk what deal they have with OYO, my review on the app with the photos was taken down within seconds. OYO too is involved and didn't refund my money despite sharing the photos with them. Uploading photos for your reference which will justify why I'm saying this. Decide yourself after...

The Hotel is Not good .The Toilet was dirty and the Toilet seat was broken too.Room was dirty and Bed sheets were not changed and the room was smelling bad. The bedsheets were not changed daily and the main front door was not able to close properly.No ventilation Nothing . And I was not feeling safe in the hotel with my family.If you are with family then I won't recommend this hotel.Check-in and check-out was hassle free but the hotel owner will be like looking at your phone and will Tell you to give 5 star rating.And there is no option for restaurant. It may seem like lodge but it does have the facilities a hotel can provide. Room service is quite nice. I asked them to serve the breakfast 30mins. after tea and i was quite surprised when they actually knocked the door for giving me the breakfast exact 30mins. later. Quite a decent location, Attraction points like Sair sapata, Van vihar, boat club are at a distance of 4-5kms. It will cost you 10rupees to go from there to these places.
