Please read this review before choosing to stay at this place. Receptionists and Housekeeping - Hopeless. South Indian restaurant - Unrealistically expensive. On our 3rd day of stay, we asked Ms. Ruksana (receptionist) , to ask the housekeeping to get our rooms cleaned. After going around sightseeing when we reach back at night, we see that rooms still haven't been cleaned and essentials not replenished. Then on making a lot of noise they finally sent the housekeeping who put the pillows on the floor while making the bed and put those really dirty ones back on the bed without replacing the pillow covers (who even does that?). We had to actually ask them if they expected us to sleep on those dirty ones. They had no essentials like soaps/towels. They literally had to be told how to clean the room and we had to wait till around 12:30 a.m for it to made into a livable room. I've stayed in 3-7 star hotels but have never had such a bad experience.

South Indian restaurant (inside the hotel) - charged us Rs. 150 for every 2 rotis/chapatis (unbelievable) that we ordered. Other food items were not worth it.

North Indian restaurant - was okay

Gym - very small. Has dumbbells and just a few machines but not...
