Bake-n-shake — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

I visited Bake-n-Shake restaurant in Bhopal on February 28 around 6:30 PM, and while the ambience was pleasant and welcoming, my overall experience left much to be desired.

I had hoped the food would match the ambiance, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The pizza, in particular, was a huge letdown. It was served on pre-made bread rather than fresh dough, which ruined the authenticity of the pizza and made the entire experience feel subpar.

Another disappointment came with the dessert. I ordered the New York Cheesecake, only to be shocked when it was served microwaved. I’ve never come across a restaurant that would microwave a cheesecake, and it made the dessert taste far from what I was expecting. The texture was off—it resembled a soft piece of bread with little more than a faint cheese flavor. It was nothing like the rich, creamy New York-style cheesecake I had imagined.

To top off the experience, the staff's behavior was quite rude when we politely requested for the music volume to be lowered or to play something softer. It felt like an inconvenience to them, and it made our dining experience even more uncomfortable.

Overall, I’m truly disappointed with my visit to Bake-n-Shake. The food quality was subpar, and the staff's lack of courtesy added to the frustration. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve both their food and...

Today I had such a bad experience. The manager or captain there named aman or amar was so rude and was not ready to a feedback when I tried telling him last time cheesecake wasnt fresh and soft. He started pointlessly defending and giving me technical gyan about the cheesecake and the kind of cheese used. For his information I too belong to this industry and own a restaurant so please dont fool your customers. And first rule of service industry is to listen to your guest feedback and not try to prove them wrong and argue with them. I have been ordering from them since my childhood and he said aapne kahi aur se order kr lia hoga galti se humara toh kbi kharab hota hi ni hai????? Are you serious is this your hospitality!!!!!!! Visited rhis place after years long and seems it all changed. Visited last weekend with my friend and Ordered veg cheese burger and a paneer roll. Ordering on app was smooth and fast no issues so far, it all started to get bad whan the food arrived.

Paneer roll was a mistake, filling was so flavourless and the chapati was just raw / uncooked.

Veg Cheese Burger: Not at all there where it was expected. Tasteless sort of burger with few veggies and blunt. Felt like the salt is too low or missing.

Dessert was surely up to taste. Ordered a tart and a walnut pie and surely lived the taste

Over-all it good ambience, decent place with creamy crowd. But the taste for the food (things i tried) is not at all acceptable. You can surely try our the variety of cakes...
