Hotel Orchid Inn — Hotel in Bhopal

Rating: 1/5 Disappointing Experience: Room Service:Slow and inefficient. Hot Water: Not available for bath, especially in the morning when I needed it most (was running late for an exam).

Morning Facilities: Tea not served on time, and ironing facilities were unavailable.

Room: Overpriced at ₹2600, with a bed that was too small to accommodate

Major Issues: Poor service, inadequate amenities, and unsuitable room conditions caused inconvenience.

Overall: Very disappointing experience, not worth the price. Poor planning...

I will be straight and to the point. The hotel is a new property and a new project for the owner. Hence, it has it's own shortcomings and might leave you with a sour taste. However, just give it sometime and have faith in the hotel staff, they will do their bit.

Beautiful hotel n nice sized rooms with amenities. Very close to the main market n train station. But horrible service. Food served is cold n poorly cooked.
