OYO Hotel Arohi Palace — Hotel in Bhopal

This hotel is absolutely useless, I booked through makemytrip, but when I reached the hotel at night, they forcibly charged me extra money. When I asked them about this extra money, the receptionist and a staff started debating, misbehaving with me and talking abusively. They started saying vacate the hotel, take your money and get out of here in a rude way. The staffs here were very characterless, mannerless and their behavior were very bad.

I had booked an AC room but they charged me extra money still gave me a non-AC room in which the table was very dirty and the jet pipe in the washroom was broken. After complaining, they installed a leaking jet pipe and said that they have only this pipe, manage with it.

After raising issue with customer support of makemytrip for AC room and all of those problems, they told me that you can take the AC room but it does not have inverter connection. If there will be any kind of electricity problem then we will not take any responsibility for it. This hotel is a bad, cheap, useless hotel. Don't go there. Oyo must blacklist it...

Worst hotel. Please dont spoil your mood by booking this worst property. We booked the hotel from make my trip and paid the entire ampunt still they charged extra money saying the money we paid was not enough plus it was mentioned AC room in the booking which they didnt provide. We raised the complaint in makemytrip and they knocked the room at 12am and asked us to take the money(the extra money they took) and check out hotel immediately and in a very rude manner. Hotel Arohi Palace, Bhopal is awful. Booked through Oyo but was denied a room on arrival. Staff were abusive, demanded extra money, and insulted me in front of my family. Dishonest and disgusting place. Avoid at all costs.
