I've had the chance to order from Al Beik several times, and each experience has been consistently disappointing, particularly when it comes to their food packaging. The primary issue lies with their takeaway packaging, which is not only inadequate but also frustratingly problematic. The food often arrives with spills and leaks due to the loose packaging. Specifically, the dips they include tend to get spilled over, causing a mess inside the polythene bag.

The current approach involves simply wrapping the twister in butter paper with tape and placing it in a polythene bag. This method is far from effective and results in a less-than-ideal eating experience. The lack of proper containment means that the food arrives in a state where it's difficult to enjoy without cleaning up first.

For a restaurant known for its food, the takeaway experience is marred by this poor packaging. I hope Al Beik will consider revising their packaging strategy to improve the overall...

Worst experience. The person who was in the counter was wearing dirty clothes. He was eating while talking to the customers. Burger size was too small in comparison with other Al-beiks.

The place was very unhygienic, I couldn't believe that it was Al-beik. Flies were there.

When we're done and leaving , the person who was in the kitchen asked us to throw the plates in the dustbin and that too in a very bad way.
