The primary issue lies with their takeaway packaging, which is not only inadequate but also frustratingly problematic. The food often arrives with spills and leaks due to the loose packaging. Specifically, the dips they include tend to get spilled over, causing a mess inside the polythene bag.
The current approach involves simply wrapping the twister in butter paper with tape and placing it in a polythene bag. This method is far from effective and results in a less-than-ideal eating experience. The lack of proper containment means that the food arrives in a state where it's difficult to enjoy without cleaning up first.

The place was very unhygienic, I couldn't believe that it was Al-beik. Flies were there.
When we're done and leaving , the person who was in the kitchen asked us to throw the plates in the dustbin and that too in a very bad way.
