Overall A proper vegetarian fine dining...

A nice experience. The restaurant is pure vegetarian and has some unique dishes. A large part of the menu is Rajasthani and Gujarati. We ordered Anjeer Makai Kebabs, which I highly recommend. Rajasthani Raab was also a nice option rather than the regular soup. The Gujarati tiffin was scrumptious and the quantity is enough for 2 people. The same with Rajasthani thali.

We were served by Raviraj, who was polite and professional. Overall, the service is nice and friendly.

मज़ा ही आ गया खाना खाके। बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट और प्यार से परोसा हुआ । सब कुछ सही बना हुआ था रोटी के सिवाए। यह सिद्ध हो गया की बिना थोक में मिर्ची डाले हुए भी उम्दा खाना बन सकता है। बहुत समय बाद ऐसा हुआ की मैंने खाना खाया और भरपेट खाया और मिर्च के कारण पानी से पेट नहीं भरना पड़ा।

There was nothing to not to like in the Radisson pure veg thali .. what we liked Dahibada 4.6/5 .. great balance of dahi and Bhalla which was melt in mouth Bati - small in size but dipped in lots of ghee and tasteful to eat Papad ki sabzi and gatte ki sabzi- had ally eh right masalas and taste with being spicy Kadhi aur daal : the kadhi pakoda actually had pakodas and daal was thick and balanced . I added the bati ghee to the daal to boost the flavour. Palak paneer was fine Rajma was also ok but needed bit more masala for the punjabi touch . Choorma was good and not overly sweet just the way I like it. Aloo ki sabzi was quite ghar type Rasmalai was excellent Moong ka halwa was 4/5 Kebab were moist and melt in mouth.

What we did not like The bajre ki roti and palak poori were cold and not tasty The ghujiya were chasni dipped but lacked the ghujiya taste

A special mention to the khameeri roti which I ordered sperately and loved it. It is a must try.

The food was totally worth the price and so was the service at the place. Special mention to Gopal and his team for the service .
