Too costly shakes. The company is run by such shrewd and narrow/money minded people - when the govt. slashed GST rates to 5%, they immediately changed their menu and increased their price, so that the shakes would cost the same to their customers. I guess some companies cannot stand anything good happening to their customers. Also, they removed the best tasting shake in their menu - 'Strawberry Fields'!

I must say this: Whoever designed this place/store is a perfect combination of Idiocy and Evil. Why? Because if you note, their store is an open store with no glass wall/border or anything, AND theirs is an AC store! So, it's a unique combination. They have put a very strong AC, and there is virtually no wall/covering/border on one side. So, the AC - however powerful or strong it is or how many there are - they are gonna keep running forever in a futile effort of cooling that place down to the set temperature in the summers. It's a perfect setting for WASTAGE! If there was an award which was the exact opposite of an Environmental award - it should be given to the great person who...

Okay I don't know why people have given a bad rating to this place, but this is Keventers, and this branch does keep up with their name. For all you people who don't know how amazing Keventers is, there's only one way I can put it as: If you haven't had a Keventers Shake, your understanding of what real shakes are lies. Just plain lies. This my friends, is the real deal. I've been drinking shakes from 10th std, and I know good shakes when I taste them. I packed it to home and it was neatly given to me. And as always, it was really great! The people there are friendly, and as for the price, it's the same as Keventers everywhere, and it's worth it. 5 stars...
