Treebo The Bollywood — Hotel in Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation

I recently stayed at Treebo Trend The Bollywood, and while the hotel had some positive aspects, my overall experience was marred by several issues that need addressing.

Let's start with the breakfast situation. I had booked a stay with unlimited breakfast, but to my dismay, the hotel denied me the promised unlimited breakfast. This was quite disappointing, as the breakfast was one of the factors that influenced my decision to stay at Treebo Trend The Bollywood. The staff's inability to honor the booking arrangement left a negative impression on my entire stay.

Another major concern during my stay was the prevalence of mosquitoes. The room seemed to be infested, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. This is a serious issue as it not only affects the comfort of the guests but also raises questions about the overall hygiene and cleanliness standards of the hotel.

The service at Treebo Trend The Bollywood was, unfortunately, subpar. Despite making multiple requests, the staff was slow to respond and fulfill basic requirements. Whether it was requesting additional amenities or addressing the mosquito issue, I found myself having to follow up three to four times before my concerns were adequately addressed. This lack of prompt and efficient service significantly detracted from the overall experience.

On a positive note, the hotel's ambiance and decor were appealing, and the rooms were well-maintained, barring the mosquito problem. The location was also convenient for my purposes, but the aforementioned issues overshadowed these positive aspects.

In conclusion, while Treebo Trend The Bollywood has the potential to offer a pleasant stay, the management needs to address the issues of unfulfilled breakfast promises, mosquito infestations, and slow service. I had a pleasant stay there except few things: There was a telivision but had no set-top box connection attached to it. In my 7 days stay not a single day housekeeping staff came to clean the room. I got an old used fragile towel, which I never used because of it’s condition. Initially I didn’t get any toothbrush kit, in the bathroom I got only a small bar of soap with no handwash kept in the washroom. Only a very small moisturizer I got there with no other things like shampoo, toothpaste, soap and conditioner. There was no chair in the room, I asked for multiple times then they gave the chair. Wifi coverage was too poor, I was unable to do any work with the bandwidth and speed. There were ample amount of mosquitoes in the room.

We checked in early. Checking in was smooth and fast. One of the staffs guided us to our room and also to the buffet court. He was very polite. The breakfast was kept there since morning and wasn't warm. Breakfast is needed to be improved. I booked a maple room but I think I got an oak room. It had a balcony too. Room service was also good. Room was spacious and well lighted. TV was working. AC was working. Geyser was working. They had provided a soap, a towel, a body lotion and a handwash in bathroom. A complimentary water bottle was there as well as some tea, sugar , coffee and milk powder bags was also there. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen is closed at 3pm (I think).
