#BBi Booze Buzz Inhouse | Cocktail bar and Restaurant — Restaurant in Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation

Two words for my experience over here at ' Booze Buzz Inhouse ' , pathetic and horrendous. The service is the lowest anyone can get from the whole of Bhubaneswar. I went to this place along with a friend hearing about some great reviews on Instagram but apparently those seem to be paid advertising for sure 😂. We couldn't find a two seater ( absurd ain't it 😅) , neither on the second or the first place. First while entering the place at second floor, we were instructed to go to first floor for two people. Again we were directed after 5 mins of settling down over there saying a stag entry has to be made over there with 1000/- per head to sit over at this dingy place but no such information is written anywhere at the place. Ridiculous, we can't find a place for two girls at a place which was not even half full. I have been to several pubs/discs all over the country and outside the country, nowhere did I found such rude behaviour. #BBI you guys being under service industry should know the importance of good customer feedback or else the blooming pub biz will bring you down in no time. The servers over at #bbi think they are the owners and it seemed we had came for a free treat. Mood was totally spoilt for the weekend, thanks to you guys 👏. Was amused to see the quality of crowd this place draws and the arrogant servers need to tone it down. Be humble . I urge noone should visit the place unless you like such impertinent behaviour but the chhapris surely adorn the place. Recently I had a chance to visit BBi and taste the new menu and boy was I impressed by it. To be really honest, previously all the time when I had visited BBi the food was never that appealing to me. But now they have changed it by country miles. I have almost tried every dish from here.. So recommending the things i liked the most

This list is in no particular order

1️⃣Dal Makhani Fondue: A platter consisting of assorted Kebabs and Parthas along with a Dal Makhani Fondue

2️⃣Thecha Chicken Kebab: With bone Chicken Thighs marinated with herbs like yogurt, herbs and spices. This was my fav of the lot.

3️⃣Lifafa Samosa: These are vegetarian samosas with Paneer and cheese stuffings and flavored with spices

4️⃣Grilled Chicken Malai: This is shredded grilled chicken in Malai gravy, which was also wonderfully done

5️⃣Tangdi Masala: Juicy Chicken drumsticks marinated with Indian Masalas and then tandoor roasted

6️⃣East Indian Lamb Popcorn: Bite sized minced lamb balls marinated with east indian flavors, coated with breadcrumbs and deep fried

To speak in a nutshell, I absolutely loved the Indian Menu a lot but the Oriental menu is no less too. The only thing I felt was that the Makhani gravies were very sweet for my palate, usually they are sweet but it is balanced with the richness of butter and tanginess of tomatoes, but the makhani gravies here were all sweet, so I would steer away from them, other than that everything else is top notch.
