Green Residenza 1 — Hotel in Bidhannagar

Located at a very narrow lane off Rajarhat Main Road. Green Residanza has a nicely built Radha Krishna temple at the entrance which feels good. Flats and buildings not very well maintained. Lifts are small, actually very small hardly 2 or 3 ppl fits in. Cleaning is not done much. Building looks incomplete or as if builder has left it in between construction. Building needs plaster n coloring. Area has mosquito breeding shrubs surrounding it. Security is OK at the entrance only. Visitor parking space is not available much. Owners parking space is small, angular at many places. Not a very nice experience...

Stayed here for 7 years. Had very pleasant stay. However, the present Association office bearers are very rude and treat the helpers working there very badly with uncouth verbal onslaught. The flat owners of the complex have a very step-motherly attitude towards tenants. Present set up also are very 'pet unfriendly'. If this atmosphere continues this complex will become a very bad...

Good mid range option beside Siddha pines. Compact semi complex setup with clean surroundings. Only wish if the main road connector condition...
