Hotel Jay Deluxe — Hotel in Bihar

I have stayed in this hotel for 1 day. I wanted to book Non AC room but due to its unavailability I booked AC room. The service offered was pathetic. AC was not working, sofa and cushion was literally soiled. Despite calling over phone and in person several times AC was not fixed/repaired nor dirty sofa was covered with white bedsheet as per my request. I should have actually clicked photos so that everyone could see here. I stayed here with my family/3 year old kid. My kid used to touch here and there dirty sofas/cushion and then keep hand in mouth, which was very unhygienic. I was not provided towel and other essentials which is usually provided in any hotel. The worst part is that even after repeated calling over phone nothing was done, even towel was not provided. I did one mistake that I had already paid full amount at the time of check in. While checking out I told the receptionist that since AC was not working, adjust my bill as per Non AC room and refund the extra paid amount he had nothing to say but refused to refund extra money.

My last word is that don't book this hotel. There are so many hotels here in Sasaram. So go for other...
