Dear All, Ref Booing ID: XOTHPJ It is a horrible experience I have gained from this booking, please find the pointwise details as mentioned below Reception was closed within 11.00 PM, as I reached there around 11:15 PM. After a lot of shouting and shutter door knocking its open. Not provided anything minimum requirements as per the standard hotel like soap, shampoo & drinking water (purchased a water bottle). Not provided any dinner as per the booking plan and I was forced to sleep with blank stomach. image.png Provided very less qty. street food as breakfast without any tea, after a lot of arguments finally provide a cup of tea. Room quality is absolutely worst, after 5 nos. rooms vetting, choose 1 by force for the night. Staff behavior is so ridiculous...

Corrupt and liers!!

Had booked multiple rooms 2 months in advance.

At last moment the hotel staff called and denied providing rooms stating some dispute with landlord and we had to shift to a distant hotel which caused a lot of trouble.

Few days later we found out they had given the rooms for khelo india event obviously on higher prices and made up a story to us.
