Bloom Kitchen — Restaurant in Bihar

I had a doctor appointment in patna so I was with my parents and was waiting for the doctor to arrive in the given time. Meanwhile we were looking for decent restuarant nearby, I checked zomato and ratings was good of bloom kitchen. So I called the restaurant and checked weather dine in is available or not..there were some function going on so they asked to sit outside in the small area..I was so hot and we were actually so tired and hungry though we agreed. We ordered special thali first, they said it's not available then my dad again asked the waiter and they agreed on that. We ordered 4 thalis of 290 rupees/ plate. And they served in plastic packaging, my mom started yelling at me, atleast they can provide plate to eat in..and also for kulcha they didn't served us in plate. I asked the waiter are we eating in train or do you not having any plates in restaurant. Then he brought 4 small plate for kulcha. Also food was okay but rice was not fresh. And there's lot of improvement they can bring to their staff. This was my experience in this place so thought of writing it..hope it gets to the proper place...

Anyways my mom was annoyed that's why I gave one star at first..and amidst of our situation we did had our lunch properly..so I'm changing my...

Today I have visited Bloom Kitchen to celebrate my friend's birthday. Since, It was our first visit so we were concerned a bit. But, the outer look fascinated us. The restaurant building was lit up with blue light. There were greenery around parking area and the area were spacious and clean. We were highly delighted to see the ambience. Everything was painted in wooden colour. Ambience were very very lavishing. Appropriate prompts were used which were making a beautiful environment. We are highly delighted with the hospitality of staff members. They were so humble and eager to help like they are not working for restaurant but for us. When my friend were about to cut the cake, they played the "Happy Birthday Song" in the background. This gesture was very appreciable. It made our birthday girl friend very happy. Food were also lip licking tasty and quantity was also reasonable by the price. This new restaurant is like bliss for the Kankarbag natives. Their staff members are gem whose humbleness and dedication towards customers need is making a good impact and positive goodwill. If you want to dine and get honored, try Bloom Kitchen. Though I am a critique reviewer but I am unable to find any demerit or flaw in the restaurant. You will like...

It's an above average restaurant for non-veg lovers. We ordered chicken lollipop, kalmi kebab, paneer pasanda, dal and bread. The taste was good and quantity wise also it was sufficient for 2 people.

It has a outdoor seating space as well if you want to enjoy your food in open space. Price wise also it's not very expensive.

Talking about negative points now: As soon as you enter, you will feel the non veg smell. Not recommended for pure veg. Space is limited and they are trying to accommodate more people. It seems staff is limited as they take huge time to prepare the order. Every dish that we ordered took more than 15 mins. Order all at once recommended. Garlic naan was too thick. In the first bite, i felt they had given aloo naan by mistake but then i realized it's not even aloo but the maida layer is just too thick.

Overall i recommend this place for non-vegetarians. Pure vegetarians...
