They should improve the way they interact with Customers. To share my own experience, they made us feel awkward in the midst of an conversation with an important guest who joined us for a quick snack. Indirectly they asked us to leave if we are done with eating. And that too not in a professional polite way, but a rough authoritative tone. They don't care about sentiment of the customer. That too someone of a manager or supervisor rank, who behaved more like a bouncer just because it was rush hour for them. Only thing they cared about is more intake of people and once you have ordered something, they make sure you finish quick and leave, only to adjust more people. I think instead they should work on expanding the infrastructure. I don't know about other branches, but the one at patliputra is just like any other street chat corner even though it is built in a posh building complex. I would advise against going there with family or couples until you just wanna grab a quick bite. Apart from the tasy food that not only famous in India but worldwide, Haldiram patliputra has awesome service and amazing cakes.

I had ordered a cake sitting from Mumbai to Haldiram Patliputra for a delivery locally and I am so relived that I took that decision. In the beginning I thought of reaching out to Ferns&Petals etc (online apps) but there were 2 reasons that made me connect with a local cake person - The quality is not that great of the cake The cakes are very expensive

Hence choosing Haldiram, was the best decisio I had ordered a 5pound Rasmali cake. The cake was very resonably prired and interms of taset it was completely mouthwatering. Everyone in the part enjoyed the cake completely. Thank you so much for making my mom's birthday more special.
