If you're looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, then run far, far away from this deceiving hotel. This place was an absolute disaster from the moment we walked in.

The staff showing the rooms could have starred in a thriller movie. When we asked for showing us different room than the allocated one, they silently kept staring at us, making us feel more like unwelcome guests than paying customers. With more active enquiries they acted like they don't listen. Responses were slow and unhelpful.

The hotel pictures are deceiving. They might have been clicked decades ago when hotel was inaugurated, but the current state is worse. Our room itself looked like it hadn't seen a proper cleaning in months. The bathroom was the worst offender - the floor tiles were stained and having shade of yellow, the taps were leaking and soap stand was not fixed properly. There were no slippers for bathroom. They showed us 3-4 rooms on 1st and 2nd floor and all were in the same poor and dirty state.

But the real kicker was the air conditioner. It was a broken mess, blowing out lukewarm air at best. After multiple calls to the hotel staff, they told the AC is working just fine. The situation remained unaddressed. The broken glass window was patched, making half of the room hot. All the other rooms AC had same problem.

This hotel might be a little cheap, but it's definitely not worth the utter misery you'll endure. No value for the money you spent...

I am very disappointed with the hotel staff behavior specialy on the reception the staff don't have manners to talk yesterday without my permission the open my room and on the time of check-in the person who was on the reception counter told me on the time of checkout we will give to room in eveing for changing the clothes because ny check-in time was late so I requested him to extend my check-out time but he said we will give you check out at 11 am only else it is chargeable I said ok but I told him that my train is at night so can I put my luggage he said yes Ma'am after 11 am we will take out your luggage in put it somewhere safe and also you can use the room for fresh n up I said ok and today they were asking me for extra money because by mistaken I took the room key with me at work but same thing in my Absency I didn't handover the key for cleaning when I was already using the room day before they open the room with the master key how could they do this without my permission and now they were saing how we can touch your luggage in your absency so why cleaned the room in my Absencey on the first day they said we keep your luggage safe if I don't want it was very bad experience the staff was very rude and bad I am very...

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff, especially the manager and receptionist, were shockingly rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. They have no understanding of how to treat guests with respect or humanity.

The rooms were filthy, poorly maintained, and far below acceptable standards. What’s even more frustrating is that they overcharge for everything, even basic necessities like drinking water. They refused to listen to repeated requests for support and instead acted like they were doing me a favor by letting me stay.

I had to pay extra just to leave early and avoid more mental harassment. This hotel is a complete scam in the name of hospitality.
