I am writing to express my gratitude for the service you guys offered on 3rd of July, my 21st b'day, when i visited your restaurant along with my friends to celebrate that.

You guys are extremely professional and personally i would love to celebrate more days in your restaurant & also recommend to my family & other frnds.

The staffs were so nice and they treated us like their own acquaintance . I would like to thank Ms.Shreya and Mr. Manager (sorry i forgot ur name) & the other staffs too for their support and loving personality. We have ordered Indian cuisine and the chefs who prepared the dishes nailed it. Some loopholes were there which needs to be fixed like i had informed u there only. Other than that, the atmosphere of the restaurant, the personality of staffs members along with the chef's cuisine were good 👍 . We were all pleased by the friendly attitude of your staffs. Keep up the good work.

And also, Ms. Shreya need a raise / promotion. She is too decent & knows how to behave with every age groups. She was ferocious and god knows why she's too good at that. Thank you for the wonderful job u have done to satisfy us. Also, i know its hard for womens staffs & you to behave well mannered in front of everyone whether they are nice people or some chapri ( bad elements of society) types guys. I felt many types of things going on there but it is what it is. Tysm for the experience. And once again tysm Mr. Manager (bhaiya), in case u need any help, reach out to me bhaiya. I m just like your younger one.

Last but not the least, the interior was also very nice. And peoples of Patna, what are u guys waiting for??? Just go and checkout Somen19, trust me u will not regret it.

Ambiance is good. But the service is below average. Staffs are not at all skilled. Firstly they made us sit at a dirty table. There were no cutlery provided on the table instead of one used fork. They gave us 2 glasses but we were 3 pax. We ordered some shakes and mocktails keeping in mind that the main course will take time. But after waiting for more than 30 mins, they brought main course and said that shake is still in progress. Main course is ready so we should eat that first. That means if the main course gets ready before starter then they will serve you main course according to their convinence.

After that they served the daal, we were 3 ppls , but they provided 2 bowl and again went inside to bring another bowl. Meanwhile the daal became cold. Still they didn't provide the cutlery.

This space is not enough for my issue and I think I am wasting my time reviewing this restaurant which looks so beautiful from outside. But for me food and service are more important than the ambiance. I am happy that today I went just for the ambiance and will never refer anyone to taste the food. My friend came for the first time in Patna, and I thought that she will be happy with the hospitality.

My expectations with this place was quite high. I am very disapponited with the service.

I was completely unaware of this restaurant, my father suggested about here one day and we made a sudden plan of dinner. We got a table easily upon visiting. I was completely astonished with the effort they have invested in the ambience and decoration. I live in Bangalore and come to Patna only occasionally, but I can bet that it is no less than a 4.5+ rated restaurant of Bangalore. The amount of items in their menu was kind of disappointing at first, but oh dear they have focused on quality not quantity. We ordered Crispy corn and Dilli Style Paneer tikka for starters and Mushroom Kadai, Dal Makhani for the main course. My dad literally got a smile after tasting the Dal Makhani, it's his favorite and that's the reason why I'm describing this experience in detail. Every time is perfectly cooked and the taste is so lovely. The spiciness was also proper. The waiters are very attentive and waiting time is also not very much. I couldn't help but leave good tip for the waiter and the guard. I'm definitely visiting here again once Saavan is over hahah. "Good food and good pictures" will be perfect tagline...
