OYO Flagship Kutumbakam Guest House — Hotel in Bihar

Cozy, classy yet in the budget experience. Correctly marked on google. Located inside the road just beside ICICI Bank (Saguna more) branch. It has 2 way entrance though..

Very neat, tidy rooms as well as the overall premises. Staffs are also well-bahaved professionals though without a dress code.

I stayed here just for around 8 hours. Booked this through OYO for couple.

Just a fresh towel was provided. Soaps were NOT provided and even a water bottle is NOT complimentary.

I did not use wifi and restaurant service...so no comments on that.

Lift facility is provided in the building. AC was good, electricty backup is present. Geyser, a pair of slippers, an electric kettle, room service, a food menu, a television, a cupboard, a mosquito repellent plugged-in & a landline is available in the room.

Check-in and Check-out was also smooth and contact-less 🙏🏻

Initially I was worried regarding the cleanliness but later I was impressed with the cleanliness maintained by them.

I would definitely consider visiting here...

I would be thankful to the concerned management of this hotel. They are really polite and professional, they are well suited and understand sentiment. The manager of this hotel is so good and polite. The location is near Shaguna More which is quite good location, very near to , Patliputra Stations but a bit far from Patna. Hotel is newly built with a impeccable infrastructure, feeling, maintainance and the way they serve is non matching till now. Rooms are big and so astonishing. Lightning are perfect and I haven't found any flaws there. Just thanks to the hotel owner and their management...

The rooms were decent, but the hotel manager charged extra. These are rooms used for quarantine during Covid. The manager (desk person) outrightly denied giving rooms at the price quoted by Oyo. He also said Oyo has been quoting far less price than he would give his rooms for. Didn’t accept it on the call through the Oyo service number, but the experience and the possibility of the room being cancelled if I insisted on the rates by Oyo left a bad taste in the mouth. Pet friendly, but please book it directly and not through Oyo. Food adequately priced and made available...
