Disappointed with Stale Chicken at KFC India

I had a very disappointing experience at KFC India ( Saguna More Patna )recently. The fried chicken served to me was clearly stale and overcooked. The texture was so hard and dry that it was nearly impossible to tear or bite into. It lacked the usual crispiness and flavor KFC is known for, and instead felt like it had been sitting out for hours or reheated multiple times.

As a regular customer, this was not expected at all. Food quality should never be compromised, especially when it comes to KFC chicken. I sincerely hope KFC takes this feedback seriously and ensures proper quality checks before serving food to customers. Serving stale food is not just bad for reputation but could also be a health risk.

The place was shockingly unhygienic—mosquitoes and flies swarmed the dining area, making it feel more like a punishment than a meal. The condition of the outlet was not only unpleasant but also a serious health risk.

On Friday May 2, 2025, I visited the outlet expecting a standard of cleanliness associated with global brands. Instead, I found: Filthy floors and tables left uncleared A visible infestation of flies and mosquitoes No visible pest control or cleanliness protocol in place

This level of neglect is unacceptable for any food establishment, let alone one under a globally recognized brand. I believe this is an issue that deserves immediate escalation...

Last time I had a worst experience. I shared my experience on Google Map. You would be amazed to see the response of KFC team. Kudos to KFC team, they did a wonderful job. Previously the taste was awful, they respond to my review and they offered me another batch of "Hot N Crispy Chicken" with my convenience of time which was wonderful. Hat's off to KFC team specially store manager Mr. Faizuddin who was highly hospitable. Today, He invited me and served me with authentic KFC HOT N CRISPY CHICKEN. THANK-YOU once again to KFC TEAM.
