Subject: Unpleasant Experience

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience my companions and I had during our recent stay at hotel geo grande . Our visit, which took place from the night of August 14th to the morning of August 15th, and our return on August 20th, left us feeling quite dissatisfied.

On the 20th of August, when we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon to secure a room on a pay-as-you-go basis, we were met with unwelcoming behavior from the staff. Despite our polite requests for a room, we were informed that all rooms had been sold out. This was puzzling, as we had hoped to pay for accommodation and were met with an unexpected lack of availability.

Additionally, we kindly requested a small space to temporarily store our luggage and mentioned our hunger, hoping to be accommodated in some way. However, the response we received was far from accommodating. The staff member we encountered was dismissive and refused our request for a space to keep our luggage or even a suggestion for nearby eateries.

Such behavior left us feeling utterly disheartened. As guests, we had expected to be treated with basic courtesy and understanding, especially since we had previously stayed at your establishment. The lack of empathy and assistance from the staff tarnished our perception of the hotel.

I urge you to take these incidents seriously and address the behavior and attitude of your staff towards guests. It is my hope that no other guest will have to endure the same negative experience we had. I believe in providing constructive feedback, and I truly hope that our feedback will lead to improvements in the future.

I recently stayed at Hotel Geo Grand in Coimbatore, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

Firstly, the absence of fans in the rooms made the stay quite uncomfortable, especially during warm weather. The washrooms were another major concern; they were not only unpleasant to use but also had a persistent odor throughout my stay. To make matters worse, I noticed cockroaches in the washroom, and I’ve attached multiple images showing the tiles where they were present. The lack of tissues in the washrooms added to the overall inconvenience.

The condition of the service rooms, from where we receive towels and plates, was alarming. The images I took highlight just how unkempt and disorganized these areas were. This lack of cleanliness and order is unacceptable for any hotel.

Lastly, the behavior of the staff left much to be desired. Their approach was unprofessional and did not meet the basic standards of hospitality.

Overall, my stay at Hotel Geo Grand was disappointing, and I would not recommend it based on the issues I encountered. There is significant room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and...

Must Say Hotel Geo Grand is just awsm...we came here for the purpose of spine surgery at Ganga Hospital, and we stayed here at Geo Grand Hotel before and after Post Surgery for 5days.. Must say..this hotel is perfect for the stay..I have seen many hotel, but din found such rooms and bathrooms like this hotel. Receptionist Shyam is very sincere and humble and very good at service..wish him bright future ahead. And one person is also there.. Rahul...he is also very helpful. The owner himself is very good.. And takes care of everything..I must say he is very helpfull. There was some issues with the bed, But they have changed my room immediately.. I will recommend who ever comes to Coimbatore, and looking for rooms at fair price , must visit Geo Grand.. Another is that they are having Dine In Resturant that is Bucket In Biryani.. Must taste the Biryani..very tasty and oll the foods ar tasty as well, the shawarma roll is also awsm... We are highly delighted to get the service of this Hotel...
