Brown Baking Company is a 4 year old parent company known for modern day bakery which have it's presence in & around Chandigarh. BBC is basically offering a wide range of variety in bakery items starting from breads(having shelf life more than usual breads and will taste same even after a week), day to day bakery, cakes, donuts, snacks, cookies, hand made chocolates, etc with an Idea - "INTRODUCE INVENTORY OF ITEMS WHICH NOBODY HOLDS".

Grub hub by BBC which we can call HOT KITCHEN founded 5 months back is offering a wide range of items which are "BASIC BUT DIFFERENT" say pizza’s, gourmet burgers, to some real fine Mumbai style pao boxes and many other cuisines which are new to the tricity. 😊'

Well to my experience, I've experienced a whole live cooking session in the kitchen where we eye witnessed the making of really scrumptious and mouthwatering food after following all the safety measures. I've never tasted these much flavours at one go and never have i ever experienced such an amazing session where chefs are equally passionate with their work.

About the food I tasted, i tried :

• Mumbai style Vada pav • Maska Pao Bhaji • Kutchi Dabeli Pao • Ullitheyal with Ghee Rice • Veg Chimichanga • Cheesy Mozzarella Paneer Kebab • Smoked Stuffed Mushrooms • Hazelnut Mousse Jar • Red velvet Jar

After all this if you still expect me to rate food then i can only say it is 5/5

Such taste, flavours, authenticity and perfection i have never experienced. Highly recommended and a must try.

Grub hub by bbc has all your amazing food cravings under one roof- be it Authentic Street food from mumbai , mouth watering starters to scrumptious North Indian Main course- isn't that cool☺️ . lately I tried some of the heavenly dishes from here and no doubt everything was so delicious 😋 that it can't be expressed in words unless you order it yourself👻 I'll give a quick brief all about the food I had - Mumbai famous Vada Pav- which i think should be their signature dish 💯 Dabeli, kothu paneer paratha, ullithiyal( basically a dish from Kerala - made from shallot onions and coconut milk) and paneer mozzarella kebab. Ground baking company offers very excellent baking services and products. I visited their work shop in industrial area for a customised cake for my father retirement party. And they really give me time to hear about my ideas and discussed what customisation I can create. They really focused on customer need and were really responsive towards my need.
