Would like to list down things so it will help you to make a correct decision 1. Room Listing and check-in experience: So this place is listed on several online portal and thier room category Listing is not very clear, so i thought to call the hotel before booking since i wanted to book it for 6 nights, hotel phone number wasn't vaild, so i decided to book a base room and then through confirmation from MMT i got a number of one of thier Employee, so assured me to give an upgrade as he agreed that room category has a problem cut to the day i arrived at the hotel, i spoke to front office Manager Mr. Rahul Tomar about the assured update and the confusion realted to room category and trust me his tone was very rude. I literally showed him the diffrent listing of rooms on different ports online to which he said " Sir abb joo hain woh hain" main aap ko free main upgrade nai dunga and was treating me like a poor guy looking for a free stuff, well i said okay give me a check in to your base room and base room was literally like a store room, no window, no sunlight, no Ventilation nothing and cherry on the top really dirty washroom. I was with my Girlfriend and we were meeting after 2 years so i decided to ask for an upgrade again to which the front office manager asked 4k more, and offered me thier highest category of room (without giving an middle option)i simply said i can't stay for 6 night in a room where there is no sunlight to wish he said in a rude way, "sir mera nuksaan nai kar sakta main aap pesa do aur upgrade lee loo literally it was 0% of hospitality he wasn't even trying to help me, post checking with other front office person i got to know about the middle category room which fits my requirements, and paid him 2k extra to get that upgrade Staff: Well my first encounter was with Mr. Rahul Tomar who really need to join an hospitality school he lack in that skill, apart from him most off all the front office staff were fine! moving to restaurant, i don't remember that staff name but my god! he was having his own attitude when i asked for what sort of egg preparations you have and he replied with a rude tome "Jo Hootha hain wahi hain, aap ko kya chaya ye bolo" . Ordered some ice cubes and guy came up with a whole bucket in the room and said it's chargeable i said i just need 3 pieces of ice to which he said " Sir abb order laaga diya, abb nai toh mujhe pesa dena padenga aap lee loo" Service: If you are thinking for a long stay here then do not go for breakfast option because seems like thier chef knows only few breakfast m preparations, it was same repeated things every single day ! It was Either Choley , puri and paratha in main breakfast or Puri, Aloo subzee and paratha apart from this there was fixed option of papiya ,bred butter , jam, egg preparation and either vanilla or strawberry milkshake. Housekeeping Service: It's a luck if you are lucky then when you will arrive in the evening you will find your room cleaned or if you are unlucky despite requesting multiple times your room won't get clean. Basic Emenities like Dental Kit, Shaving Kit , Hair Comb, Oil, won't be placed in the room you need to ask for that everyday. Safety and Security: In the name of COVID safety they kept sanitizer on front desk and few staff wore mask, room was not sanitized, Few staff especially the one working in night shift didn't wore mask, Front Office Manager also useto hangout in the lobby bare mask, you will oftern find staff smoking cigarettes near the entrance looking at you in the most creeping way possible. Well i never saw any Security guard or anyone to guard the place. Read moreI took this hotel coz i (along with wife and 2 small kids) had to attend a function which was right there in the basement at night, so selecting other hotel for a night and commute when its late and you are on drinks is unsafe.||1: Park your vehicle on the road side if you don't get parking in front of the property.||2: check inn was quite smooth, but room was to my surprise. ||3: The room looks quite ok, but there are few things which you will not like in the room, at 42 Degree, you would want your room to be air conditioned and cool, but to my surprise the AC wasn't working. So we requested to change the room. ||4: After an hr or so we were handed over to other room, which was not completely ready and needed another hr of work(some bathroom repairing).||5: so finally we were handed keys to the 3rd room. Now, in this room the AC problem was still there so we judged that all the ACs in the hotel are like this to have to adjust. Room electric sockets and switches doesn't work, bathroom was in a bad shape. Wash basin had cracks as it was about to fall down, taps not working properly, i had its knob in my hand when i tried to open the shower. ||6: food menu is highly overpriced, they should put rates in the menu as per their standards, we were not even allowed to bring outside food when asked. so had to go all the way to mall to have lunch.||7: The staff need training how to respond to a customer and smile. They were responding as they were about to have a fight with me.||8: Rooms locks are broken||9: Overall my one night stay was quite ok, but not recommended to anyone travelling with family and kids. Read moreBe prepared to shell out obnoxious amount of money for pathetic service and a never ending waiting time for basic amenities to function the way they are supposed to. Also prepare your self for anxious and a terrible nightmare.
Rooms are spacious but lack basic Hygiene, Dirty Bedsheets, Damaged Wc Flush, Broken Bathroom Door Lock, Stains of the Tables and Dirty Bathroom Linen, Broken Bathroom heater were a few issues I faced during my two day stay.
Special Mention to the Housekeeping Dept. for there lack of interest and unresponsiveness in catering to the Guest needs. When requesting for a Bedroom cleaning on 8th Nov, got a response stating that, "We are Busy, we can't service your room". On the 9th Nov, when the bathroom geyser was not working, we raised a complaint and it took them 45 mins to bring in Hot water.
Also, the Hotel has an absurd food policy, Outside Food is not allowed and the food inside the Hotel is Pathetic and very costly. This was the feedback given to me by one of the fellow guest.
In short, this place is a disfunction hell with rude management and to be avoided at all cost
Complaints go unattended. Definitely they do not want people to come and stay here, because who wants to undergo the trouble to make sure the stay is comfortable to be the least.
Please book your stay only if you want to be unwelcomed and want to experience how it feels to be in a place where the property staff itself...
