For the past 11 years, I’ve had the privilege of being part of this incredible journey, watching it grow from a simple idea into something truly inspiring. It’s the only cafe in Raipur to have been honored with the President’s Award in the Best Employer category—a testament to its commitment to inclusivity and innovation.

But Nukkad is more than just a cafe. It’s a space where people from all walks of life come together. What they need to improve:

Taste of the chai.

Everytime you go, its different. There is no particular taste. I have tried it more than 10 times.

I order ilaichi chai, there's no taste of ilaichi. I ordered pahadi chai, it's different every time. Sometimes there is more than required chai patti, sometimes less sugar.

I had sent the chai for correction everytime I visited.

I found no specific & unique taste of flavours as per the name of the chai's.

Their delivery. It takes longer than usual. I understand it's a crowded place. Even if there are no customer they deliver late.

The good part: The aura is just awesome. They have music system installed. Some foods are really good. The behavior of people there are incredible.

I have been visiting Nukkad Cafe in Samta Colony every now & then with my friends & family, and was always blown away by their innovative approach to inclusivity. The cafe's initiative to hire deaf and mute employees to serve food, take orders, and manage the restaurant is truly commendable.

Lovely & Innovative Ambience, the staff's enthusiasm and dedication to their work were evident, and their smiles lit up the entire place. Despite the communication barrier, they ensured seamless service with the help of visual aids and gestures.

The food was delicious value gor money, and the ambiance was cozy and welcoming. But what truly sets Nukkad Cafe apart is its commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities.
