Hotel kusum staff has a friendly behaviour and are very helping nature. I like the food very much. Situated at the heart of industrial and near to bhilai power house railway station. Whom ever I have asked about the stay in a hotel at bhilai power house I have been recommended hotel kusum. I personally felt that the stay was pleasant. They also provide free WiFi facility to there customer. Transport facility is also been provided to customers for pickup and drop at your destination. Restaurant facility is available. Only veg food is available but are exotic in taste. If you don't have tap or laptop of your then you don't need to worry. There computer system available at each floor lobby for use of INTERNET. I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Kusum during my recent visit to Bhilai. The staff was extremely courteous, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were neat, spacious, and well-maintained — perfect for both business and family stays.

What stood out the most was the food — absolutely delicious! The in-house restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes that cater to all tastes. The service was prompt and the ambiance was peaceful and relaxing.

It is one of worst hotel experience we ever had. Firstly they give least preference to d guests' choices for rooms. Secondly.. They do not hv any sense of responsibility.. N finally.. They hv d worst nightmare.. BEDBUGS!!!!!!!!! From a single bed (in a double bedroom) I found more than 6 bedbugs!!!!! Same goes with the other beds of d same room. Manager was least concerned of the problem. I had to shift my room aftr midnight.. Hell...
