OYO Townhouse 955 Hotel Ashish Park — Hotel in Chhattisgarh

This is one of the very few good restaurants by the Nandini Road towards the Bhilai Power House rail station which serves both veg and non veg items in a neat and clean ambience. They have this restaurant on the ground floor which has all the standard items for breakfast and lunch and dinner. We had breakfast here for two days with Aloo Paratha, masala omelet etc among which the aloo paratha was quite good to taste. The service is prompt and the staff members are well behaved. For lunch, we took daal khichdi, tawa roti and daal fry. For dinner, we had masala papad, chicken soup, tawa roti, aloo Gobi masala, chicken handi etc and all of the items were good to taste. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights - online via goibibo, and before the check-in the owner asked to pay extra charges and denied check-in. I discussed with goibibo and they asked me to pay the charges which they will refund later. I have neither got a refund nor the owner gave clarification why the extra charges were imposed. Very bad behaviour. However the staff was supportive much. Theh have RO water facility. The restaurant charges are high. Rooms were small and the washroom doors were broken, for which we had to change rooms. Will update with some more comments...

Today's incident i.e 26/02/2020 hotel booked from OYO Portal directly on 24/02/2020 and at the time of booking i request for late check In i.e after 8 PM onwards on 26/02/2020. But as usual when i reached hotel at around 9:15 PM they told to me that room is not available for me. And then you can stuck unknown place at night time. This kind of hotel are illegal sold your rooms to other customers at high price. Be aware from OYO hotels + Hotel Ashish Park bhilai powerhouse in future. OYO third class policy shifting room. Stop...
